Robert Kenny advises the firm in the areas of land use, zoning, municipal law, litigation, developer incentives and government relations. He represented individuals and developers in all aspects of land use and zoning matters including single family, multiple family, commercial and industrial developments. Mr. Kenny represented municipalities in various aspects of municipal law. He represented clients before county and state boards and agencies and was involved in complex annexation matters at the local and state court levels.

Mr. Kenny served as the Village Attorney for the Village of Palatine and the Village of Vernon Hills, as well as special counsel for other municipalities on special projects.

He lectured on the First Amendment Right of Free Speech before the Chicago Bar Association, tax increment financing at real estate seminars and telecommunication issues for municipalities before the Illinois Municipal League.
