Anthony V. Casaccio

Anthony Casaccio practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, zoning and property tax law.

Anthony drafts, reviews and negotiates documents involved in real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and loan documents for office buildings, retail, residential and industrial developments.

He has worked on re-zonings of a number of residential, retail and mixed-use buildings and has been an adviser on land use issues to developers and financial institutions.

Anthony has successfully reduced property taxes on office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, residential condominiums, mixed use apartment buildings and single family homes and provides consulting services in property tax planning and pre-acquisition due diligence. He also advises real estate lenders on the property tax aspects of proposed loans and assists in securing property tax reductions on REO properties.
